Diese vorliegende Zusammenstellung von 33 Systemgesetzen und -prinzipien wurde dem Buch „The Grammar of Systems“ entnommen.
Das „Grammar“ umfasst zwei Bücher in einem. In beiden Teilen geht es um System Thinking, die Disziplin, welche entwickelt wurde, um sich mit Komplexität und Unsicherheit auseinanderzusetzen. Das erste Buch erklärt, „wie“ Systemdenker anders denken und wie man das lernen kann (nicht Gegenstand des vorliegenden Buches).
In dem vorliegenden zweiten Buch geht es darum, wie Systeme, Ordnung und Chaos schaffen und um die Dynamik dazwischen. System Thinking basiert auf einer Reihe von Gesetzen und Prinzipien und dieses Buch erklärt hierzu 33. Diese Thesen können dazu verwendet werden, um in der Komplexität der Welt, welche um uns herum existiert, zu navigieren.
About the author
Patrick Hoverstadt is a veteran systems practitioner, and chairs the professional body for Systems Practitioners. He is a practicing consultant with a wealth of experience over the past ten years of applying VSM in analyzing and designing organizations for clients. He is a visiting lecturer at Manchester Business School, a visiting Research Fellow at Cranfield School of Management and a regular contributor to conferences and journals. A paper he wrote was awarded an Emerald publications "literati club" prize for clear presentation of difficult concepts. He is currently chairman of "Cybernetics North" a NW based group of systems practitioners and has access to the support and experiences of group members to draw on for further material.
