Apolo Murigi has joined ISSS in 2024. He is .....

Mr. Apollo Murigi is a Kenyan social innovator, dedicated to addressing complex social problems through structured dialogue and action research. As the Country Coordinator at MasterPeace Kenya, he leads initiatives to empower marginalized communities in Rural and Pastoral Communities in Kenya. Murigi's academic background in International Relations and Diplomacy complements his practical experience. He has co-authored papers with notable distinguished author, Prof Norma Romm as well as articles in the Society for the Advancement of Science in Africa. He has further co-authored papers on lived experiences of pregnant and parenting adolescents in urban informal settlements and Kajiado, Kenya and, the nexus between eco-socio contracts and livelihood among maasai women in Kajiado, Kenya.
