			Gianni describes his journey as follows: "My career has led me through various roles in multinationals, startups, and the tourism sector. Leading change has been a constant, coupled with the challenge of fostering acceptance of transformation. Encountering resistance to change led me to delve into systemic resistance at individual and collective levels. As an independent consultant, I offer systems thinking, mapping, and leadership services, as well as leadership development coaching, change facilitation, group dynamics coaching, and lecturing. I also collaborate with the Cabrera Research Lab and Professor Derek Cabrera at Cornell University, in research programs dealing with systems thinking in complex adaptive systems. My first paper, 'Common Biases in Systems Thinking', marks a significant milestone in my research career.

			Driven by the urgency to build a better, sustainable future, I challenge existing systemic models of consumption, problem solving, and decision making. I advocate for a holistic approach that respects the adaptive nature of complex systems, seeking unity and harmony in our world.
