Norma Romm has joined ISSS in 1966. Norma is a South African critical systems thinker interested in Transformative Research and links with Indigenous onto-epistemology. She is a (retired) professor at the Department of Adult, Community, and Continuing Education at the University of South Africa. Norma was previously Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Swaziland[1] and deputy director of the Centre for Systems Studies, at the University of Hull[2].
