This book provides methods and practical cases and experiences with the aim of stimulating Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) through the direct engagement of researchers, Civil Society Organisations (CSOs), citizens, industry stakeholders, policy and decision makers, research funders and communicators. [[Fernando Ferri]] is a Director of Research at the Italian National Research Council. He graduated in electronic engineering in 1990 and earned a Ph.D. in medical informatics from La Sapienza University, Rome, in 1993. His work spans social informatics, human–machine interaction, and medical informatics, with over 250 publications and involvement in numerous national and international projects.
