Norma is a South African [[Critical Systems Thinking| critical systems thinker]] interested in [[Transformative Research|Transformative Research and links with Indigenous onto-epistemology]]. She is a Professor Extraordinarius (Emeritus) in the Department of Adult, Community, and Continuing Education at the University of South Africa.
